Sage asked about the format for their Town Hall. I told them dunking tank and each of the three executives takes a turn until we hit the target. Said we'd use a roaming mike similar as last year. Not a formal Q&A - meaning they don't have to make an opening statement. Expect Scott Munro, Connie Certusi and Paige Erickson to be the three official Sage designees. This is what I think their area of authority is: Scott - product Connie - policy/direction Paige - channel So far as I can see Connie is taking over Joe Langner's role in running most of mid-market. She has been at Sage for quite some time and is pretty open/direct.

Warn them about our passion for the product and our frustration for the history of ineptitude and that the combination of the two WILL result in some very pointed questions.

And at the end of the introduction someone needs to say ""May the odds be ever in your favor"".

Perhaps we should @JimWoodhead son to wear his SD Police uniform to keep the crowd under control.
