Sage appears to add icons to email KB entries. Quick test did not allow me to click on the link but at least it is a start. Still unknown if you will be able to email this to a customer and they would be able to click and view without logging into the KB (my guess is that it will require a login).

It does require a login. I usually just hit the printer icon and then copy from that cleaner window that appears and then paste into an email. Below is what the client will see if they click on the link.

I've been creating PDF from the printer screen (clean). It will auto title the PDF (on my iMac) with the name of the article. I've been trying to save them in DropBox or Google Drive so I can access and forward while mobile. Problem is guessing which ones that users are going to repeatedly need.
