A tale of two clients: One client went on it early and loves it (does not own PO). The other client worked with Beanworks for about 4-5 months trying to get it to work - would not sync, didn't work with PO invoices, etc. Client was billed the entire time and we are now trying to get that money back for a product that never worked and client has stopped their subscription. Turnover at Beanworks was high during that period and I never knew who to contact for the client.
