Eric I had a very similar issue and from memory I don't think the Sage user account needed all the rights that Beanworks wanted. Unfortunately, this customer went into a reorganization and their accounting manager left which seems to have shut down this Beanworks project before it began.
https://support.beanworks.com/en/articles/1585808-sage-100-pre-installation-connection-checklistFrankly, this type of "give us an administrative account" of either Windows or Sage 100 is not flying with most well managed IT departments.
The biggest gotcha we had was at the time ( maybe a year ago ) Beanworks did not support unified login. They quickly changed that however my customer was still in testing of the unified login for Beanworks when their accounting manager left for another job. As a result I don't know if the unified capability is stable ( it was causing a server crash during testing ).
Another gotcha is that Beanworks doesn't integrate to Job Cost. or at least it didn't back when I had another customer look.

@Wayne Schulz (or anyone) do you have the specific Sage 100 rights needed by the integration user?
We have this going in where the customer doesn't allow anyone to have access to User/Role Maintenance tasks, so I need to create the user in advance of their implementation call.
The BeanWorks note suggesting using an Admin user isn't going to fly.
