Anyone out there have customers using AP Automation??? Customer is using it...very happy with it.
At the moment they are paying $1.50 / customer and is very happy.
Suddenly this week they get a call, no written notification, announcing that besided the $1.50 chrge per invoice, they will be charged a FIXED MONTHLY FEE of $199.99.  By the way, it is effective DECEMBER 1st......
At the moment they pay around $750....and now they will have a 26% increase...

I remember seeing some notice from Sage APA about that, although they did not list details (since everyone would have flipped out, look like).
