Sage announces their archived KB retires May 6, 2015 (at least I think that's a new announcement). Interesting that there's a very active message thread on Sage LinkedIn about how terrible the present partner portal is.

It get's better - from the second half of the announcement: Learn how partners can author articles on Support.NA.sage.com Although the content in the archived KB has not been maintained for over a year, we understand that there may be relevant content that is still utilized. Consequently, we have given all partners the ability to author articles in the new KB through May 5, 2015, for the following types of content only: Any content that is specific to how to migrate to current versions Any content that still applies to current support versions If you find articles in the old KB that you utilize, make sure to author it in the new KB.

TL;DR: If you want an article - go copy it yourself into the new KB..... You can't make this stuff up...

And the latest restatement of the fucus policy is ""Partners have until May 5 to rewrite all the posts you want from the old KB into the new one. We're not doing any of it

So first they get rid of the old infosource KB which had a ton of stuff that the current KB doesn't have. Now they're getting rid of the Archive KB which has a ton of stuff that the current KB doesn't have. I agree with @WayneSchulz, you can't make this stuff up.

And they whistle past the graveyard in their announcement of new features for the KB. No mention of simple stuff like ""will it run with Google Chrome"" or any modern web browser? I can tell you one thing - If I'm authoring articles it's into Evernote and not Sage...

Another thing to remember -- correct me if I'm wrong -- aren't virtually all the FRX KB articles locked up in the Archive KB? I don't recall seeing many FRX articles in the ""new"" KB.
