Sage has appointed Gretchen O'Hara as the new EVP of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development. She will be responsible for scaling Sage's partner ecosystem and accelerating growth, with a focus on AI and cloud innovation.

Here's a brief history since Jennifer Warawa, who many of you will remember, departed in August 2019:

    • Jennifer Warawa: Held the global partner role until August 2019.

    • Dewey Forrester: Served as the interim EVP from August 2019 to January 2021.

    • Aziz Benmalek: Led the Global Partner Organization from January 2021 until his departure in February 2024. He was appointed Sage NA President during this time and presumably Eduardo Rosini took over channel duties in 2023

    • Eduardo Rosini - February 2023 to February 2024 - then promoted to Sage's Chief Growth Officer ( he may have been doing double duty overseeing the channels until now)
    • Gretchen O'Hara: Is the newly appointed leader in the role.

The last two leaders in this position, Aziz Benmalek and Gretchen O'Hara, both came to Sage after holding senior channel leadership roles at Microsoft and Splunk. Splunk is a major technology company (now part of Cisco) that provides a platform for searching, monitoring, and analyzing large volumes of data, often for security and operational intelligence. Eduardo Rossini , Chief Growth Officer, who has been with Sage for over two years also came from Microsoft.

Sage appoints Gretchen O'Hara to accelerate partner ecosystem growth and customer innovation
