Well, this is good timing. I was on-site cleaning up an upgrade this morning and the controller told me she had been contacted by someone at the Dept of Justice who wanted to speak to her as a Sage client about the possible acquisition of Intacct. He had told her that normally when they speak with someone the someone has their lawyer with them (WTF?), so she had to get that OK'd and he never called back, but he did tell her it was highly confidential. (Doesn't this whole thing sound weird?) I was going to go home and dump my Intacct stock, but didn't have time. (JK)
