The switching presenters actually went pretty smoothly and keeps people more awake than some presenter rambling on. The number of promotions going on across a diverse product line with differences for US and Canada can be confusing, but it was great to hear Dianna Lane basically saying if you need something to close a deal, come to us as we are going to be aggressive to win business.
