    Love the banter during these meetings.  Typically the best part of the meeting.  So lets get snarky

    Sage FY 21 Priorities

    Protect and defend the install base, because we know it is vulnerable and under attack

    Increase X3 because it has consistently underperformed

    Attach and expand through ISV because we are an acquisition company and not a development copany

    Create a Partner Success Framework, after destroying the old one.  We used to be really good at this.

    Build our internal team, after we just fired everyone...

    10% growth in Canada is good if it was not just price increases, especially during Covid times.   Also focusing on verticals by product is a smart approach.

    Sounds like Sage will take another swing at the spreadsheet model which tells you which customers need which Sage products. I bet many will need Sage Intacct.

    New Fees$500 is less than the test requirements, so this is actually a "reduction" in total cost, especially for larger partners.

    Could be less, depends what they charge for the "individual exams" and if they are doing away with annual Consultant Certification fees.  Training was already included in partner fees, so interested to see what they add.

    IMO, Sage's biggest challenge is partners who do NOT offer a Sage product as their lead offering for new deals. Sage really has no choice but to go after this or they are essentially funding a partner sales efforts to diversify to another non-Sage product.

    Didn't they do a push to move 100, 300 and 500 clients to X3 before?  Moving clients to Sage Intaact is protecting their account base how?

    Couldn't agree with you more @Wayne Schulz - Considering this was Sage's executive team sugar coating life in 2021, they could/SHOULD invest a few dollars on internet communication equipment.  Perhaps the Baker / Kless team could offer them some suggestions for putting a better foot forward.  Hard to digest the message when the equipment distracts from it

    So far as I'm aware - Sage Intacct is very strict on registered leads. Get ready for potential battles over who gets ( or doesn't get ) tier if a customer name is already in the Intacct lead database. Intacct also has a direct team. 
    Good selling.
