TL;DR: Sage does not have a Master VAR program, it's called Sage Partner Advocacy Benefit (MVAR). Essentially a way to crackdown on ROR transfers that were acting as off-the-books mergers (not approved by Sage). This likely also allows Sage better control over very small partners and capture/encourage migrations to the BP (beloved products) encompassed by SBC (Sage Business Cloud).

So that's what they do .. this also seems a little outdated (in need of update) due to old(er) product names being used (X3, etc).

Sage spends 15 minutes reviewing Net Promoter Scores .... without revealing the NPS.... I s* you not.....

Sage emailed me to reply to my question of why they spent 15 minutes on NPS but didn't disclose the NPS (if they gave a score someone please share). Their reply mostly explained the history of NPS in general and not Sage's NPS. I guess it was foolish/unreasonable to think that after putting up a slide on NPS that Sage was going to speak about the topic and not just give some broad demographics behind their sales and marketing survey.

@WayneSchulz - Thanks for the follow-up. One day, we may be surprised with a straight forward honest answer.
