If something has been scheduled it will show in the pending. If the application is not running (check with the
KnowledgeSync Service icon) and the status shows Windows Service is stopped then it will just sit in the pending. If you have other alerts that do go through then there is something wrong with that specific alert. If none of them are then it is more than likely that this service is stopped. You are able to see it on the web but it doesn't process it.
You can look for specific modules on this screen too and stop and start module Scheduler and others.
