    Interesting. On the support side: Bank of America is definitely known for customer service? On the SPS side: Will he be allowed to hire a sales team? The experience here actually looks good!

    With respect to the support offerings I'll be surprised if 99.9% of the effort isn't in customer facing support. I doubt Sage will beef up the partner experience until the next re-org or divisional sale.

    Too true @WayneSchulz partners aren't seen as customers.
