  • 1.  Sage 500 Support via phone ends after June 19th, 2020

    I think this caught me by surprise, that Phone Support would no longer be provided for Sage 500 after June 19th, 2020.  All support will not go through the Sage City portal, not even Sage Support portal.  Did it catch anyone else by surprise?

    I especially liked the FAQ idea for a consultant to make an appointment in advance of going on site to a client... "Just in case  you have a problem".  ???

    Didn't Sage talk about this at one of their regional meetings? 
    ABRA  and HRMS received somewhat similar notices as well with the same cutoff date
