Sage 300 US payroll question: does anyone know of a way to ""merge"" employee records? Company had employees leave, then return and get assigned new employee numbers. Now they are getting two W-2s.

Is Aatrix available to them. Merging is one of its features!

Otherwise, there is a 3rd party enhancement for renumbering/changing employee numbers (from Code Partners).

Yeh, just like I submit ideas everyday. Problem is, neither of us has the power to change anything,,,,,,

There are 5 or 6 features from the Ideas website in Sage 100 2013. Mind you all but the two that are fixes for something they changed in 4.5 predate the Ideas site.

And ""ONLY"" 1400 plus ideas. I rarely visit. Too frustrating.....

With a restaurant chain we added an employee search by SSN to use when setting up new employees. High turnover, and employee name-changes (marriages) brought employees back multiple times per year, under different names.

Well, no Aatrix and Code Partners employee renumber does not do merges
