    Sage 300 Sales I am finding that the Sage 300 sales reps are not as responsive as with Sage 100 in Irvine. I understand they are in Canada, but is this normal for them, or do I just have a rep who is like this?

    @JohnHoyt - We have always gotten a pretty quick response,but then again we also always copy our account manager and he is consistently following up for us.

    Thanks, @LloydSmith . My existing RAM is over 100, 300 and 500, so he is the one to copy. I hope that helps.

    Canada is cold. So they move slower.

    They also have less time, since many of their sentences include at least one ""eh"".
