  • 1.  Sage 300 credit card payments

    Hi all - 

    I'm wondering if there is a third-party provider that people can recommend that would help my customer solve this problem:

    They want to create a portal - we're doing this with Sage CRM Self-Service Portal - and present outstanding bills to customers. 

    The customers will then have the ability to PAY any open bills. Any payments should then go to Sage 300 against that customer record (we'll have the customer ID from Sage 300 on the portal) and the selected invoice.

    Please let me know if more information is needed.

    They would like something reliable, easy-to-use, with low transaction fees. (Probably exactly what every other customer wants with a solution like this.)

    They have click to pay for Sage 100 which is included and does what you describe. I'm not sure if it's available for Sage 300.

    Several vendors offer "ClickToPay" and a "Customer Portal" at "no charge to their merchants". With that said, you have to be careful when recommending solutions as you may be recommending a solution that contractually ties your clients hands for years. We can help with the fine print.
