I have a client who upgraded from Sage 2019 Prod. Management that was the Scanco options to Sage 2022.1 Production Management. They are reporting when they print a PO either by Quick Print or by selecting the PO (clicking the printer icon in PO Entry and putting the PO number and clicking Select) or by going to PO Printing, that was created from a work ticket, it will not electronically deliver. It will electronically deliver fine it its created in PO Entry. It will also create the PDF if you choose PDF Only. We checked vendor paperless settings and the Paperless Form options - all are ok - they electronically delivery PO's all the time and it's working fine. The message is below. Anyone else have this issue? I called Sage and reported it - they are looking in to it.
