  • 1.  Sage 2022 and Windows 11 25H2 - Sage Freezing, Locking All Users

    I have seen this now in three clients. They are all on Sage 2022 and Windows 11 25H2. Tasks will partially open, the screens are greyed out then go to "Not Responding". Once this happens all other users are locked. If the original user closes the task, Sage begins responding again. If the user tries to open the same task again it might open and be fine for a period of time.

     

    Is this a known issue? Has anyone seen this?

    Does the user that freezes report that they are doing anything in particular? I know there are issues with 32-bit Sage 100 and running the DTR for which Sage suggests the fix is to update to 64-bit.

    For Advanced / Premium, I'd clear the session files to see if that helps.

    @Wayne Schulz - Not the DTR problem. It happens with any task.

    @Kevin Moyes - All are on Standard.
