@David Speck II, I forgot to add that I copied all the IM\IM_ProductLinexxx.xxx files from a test system and still got the error. If I rename the IM_ProductLine_bus.pvc file I get a different error (error 90 I think).

Did you check to see if the IM_ProductLine_bus.pvc file exists on the server in the MAS90\IM directory?
If it doesn't, sounds like either AV or a user messed with it.
