Sage 2016 year end for Payroll clients Will clients be able to run Aatrix 2016 forms if they do not have the updated Payroll license keys and new subscription? Or does the program now check the version and update before accessing efiling and reporting? If a client is still on 2013 or lower can they still run the 2016 version of efiling even though there will be no year end updates to the PR program?

Note that you can create a Crystal report ( I believe @LeeGraham has one for v2013) to gather up the data for Aatrix and use their service online.

I was told by Sage that customers who do not enroll in the Payroll Subscription Plan will still have access to Aatrix for efiling. I do not know about 2013.

Only the shadow really knows..... In the past, I have installed the most current version of Sage on a workstation and ran Aatrix from that install.

@JeffSchwenk that approach would work. If they can't use 2013, Convert GL & PR to 2014 for that company on the standalone workstation. I like it. Although there may be an issue of trying to install 2014.7 without updated PR keys. Sage hasn't made it easy.
