Sage 2015.3 Standard. A customer's system worked fine through 02/26. On 02/27, updating the SO sales journal AND DTR seemed normal, but the transactions did NOT make it to the GL. The file that holds that data until it's updated is empty. Sales journals and DTRs are captured in P/L, just as if everything is normal. One person at one workstation does the updating. I had them try with a different user from a different workstation, and it also failed to send the data to the GL. Nothing in the System Activity Report. All other modules update the GL without trouble. Any ideas as to what might be the issue?
