Sage 2014 install and the ""Enable Credit Card Processing"" is grayed out in all companies! Found Article 38903 in the KB, but it is outdated as it refers to a ""Credit Card Encryption"" button on tab two that doesn't exist in 2014. Any thoughts on how to correct this or does anyone know of any issues I might run into just changing the setting in SY_Company?

Does that client in fact own CCP?

I know this is going to sound silly, but no, it doesn't appear that they do! I always thought that was included because Sage wanted you to process credit cards through them and it was just part of the SO or AR modules! It is not listed in the system configuration modules. So I guess that answers that. Thanks :)

I don't believe the CC module was always free. Sage spent a few years selling it before finally bundling it with AR. I'm not sure if the maintenance is free.

Ok... so the plot thickens... It is not listed in the add modules in the install. Any thoughts on how to add it?

If they have a registered account with SPS, you can place an order for the module ($ 0.00) and they will issue new license keys.
