Sage 2014 (accessing through RDP): One user cannot see the Message Lines when printing. It works fine from History (Both SO and AR), but when printing from within Sales Order Invoice Data Entry the message line will not show up! There is no suppression on the Message fields. The supression on the Section is the standard supression that comes with the report (but even removing that does not make it show up).
Other users are able to print the invoices just fine, it is just her machine. She has the same rights as many of the other users. Created new data location and remapped, verified database, created an entirely new form with no custmizations and it still doesn't print? Cannot see it on Print Preview or Print to PDF. Thoughts?
