  • 1.  Sage 100cloud Payroll error

    Hi there

    I am getting this error trying to install payroll at a client.  

     

    Background: I installed payroll last week.  Users got errors trying to access Sage (which we found was caused by the autoupdater.6.10.ini and autoupdater.6.10.payroll.ini not being copied to the Common Files/Sage/Common Components folder on each workstation).  During the troubleshooting last week I uninstalled payroll as I was trying to get users into Sage.

    Sage 100 2019

    Sage Payroll 2.20.1

    Just throwing it out there.  What about installing PR 2.20 first then 2.20.1?  See if you get the same error.

    You may need to open a case with Sage.  I remember an issue with installing WO, then removing it, and being unable to reinstall because of registry entries that didn't get cleaned up when removing the module.
