I have a brand new upgrade where they are integrated to Sage CRM using the standard Sage integration for Sage 100 2020.
They have called noting that when they create a new customer and supply the zip code in the address field they see it populate ONLY the CITY. The State is left BLANK.
If they try to go back into that customer through Sage - AR - Main - Customer Maintenance - and add in the state to the customer record they can save it but when they go right back to that customer the state is blank again.
THINGS I'VE TRIED
- Reset panels all users / all companies
- Enter a test customer record myself through server (I'm
not a CRM user ) - CANNOT duplicate
Anyone seen this?
