Sage 100c v 2016 PU 3 Premium New customer coming from QB no chart. During GL set up wizard select ""universal"" chart added 2nd segment. Nothing showed in Account Maintenance. In Main Acct Maintenance see the list. Try to copy in Subaccount Maintenance to all Main Accounts (range = start to end) and nothing copies.

Do you get the message about how many accounts will be generated, or does it not even get that far?

No, I didn't get any message. It appears to run, very quickly, and then closes.

Do you have ABC data loaded? Maybe try running it in ABC to see if it generates there. Then you can rule out install flaw vs company code flaw. Or try copying the data to another company and try there?
