Sage 100c Upgrades
I have completed all December renewals and told my rep in Atlanta I would be working on January and other mid-year renewals this month. His manager sent me the following e-mail:
I am the Manager for the 100 Renewal Team and I wanted to reach out regarding your email below.
We certainly appreciate your support and are thankful we have partners like yourself that are aligned with us in the effort to migrate customers to the 100c product. As you know, it is a huge initiative here at Sage and we are moving rapidly to the subscription model as most other software companies are. (or have already done)
With that said, we do not have the infrastructure in place to move future accounts into the present month. Although we would love to have the bandwidth in place, the operational resources simply cannot handle that load and process the in-month renewals with efficiency.
We are working diligently to improve the process so that we will be able to take on that loading but as of today, we need to focus primarily on in-month renewals and making sure we renew them in-month.
I appreciate your patience as we ramp up our resources and try to improve the procedures to accommodate future accounts.
Again, thank you for all you do for Sage, we could not do what we do without you.
