I know there have been posts about this but they seemed to be related to payroll. This is about a customer who wants to cancel their 100c subscription but still have access for historical purposes. SO...
1) If they completely cancel it, do they still have read-only access? Or should they downgrade to a single user?
2) I'm fairly sure this is a SmartSheet deal but do they also need a System Modification Form (for either option)?
