  • 1.  Sage 100c subscription cancellation

    I know there have been posts about this but they seemed to be related to payroll. This is about a customer who wants to cancel their 100c subscription but still have access for historical purposes. SO...

    1) If they completely cancel it, do they still have read-only access? Or should they downgrade to a single user? 
    2)  I'm fairly sure this is a SmartSheet deal but do they also need a System Modification Form (for either option)?

    According to Sage, it will be read only 45 days after their cancellation. This is the link to the cancellation form:

    Refunds are pro-rated but subject to approval. Now we'll just see how quickly this gets processed....

    Will Sage 100 data be accessible after a Sage 100 subscription expires?

    I'm always afraid that I'll tell the customer one thing and Sage will change the rules - so wherever possible I try to send the customer a link to Sage's info.
