I am working with a customer who is on Sage 100 v2016 PU5 who has 2 monitors (vertical). When she tries to do a lookup in specific tasks, the screen opens, but not on the screen. It's in the task bar and when I restore to Maximize, it appears, but it doesn't initially, and it also appears to happen with both STANDARD and CLASSIC views while logged in as administrator or the user into Windows. It does this with a few different lookup screens. I have seen this issue around before, but haven't found what I think is the true fix. Looking at Sage KB articles (77941 in particular), the fix was supposed to be there in PU5. I have also changed the ForegroundLockTimeout to 0 per KB 37845. I have successfully "turned off" the 2nd monitor, opened the lookups fine, moved them, etc. and then turned on the 2nd monitor and it works, but she eventually hits another lookup that doesn't pop up. I've given her workarounds, but she's not satisfied with that. Was anyone ever able to find a more permanent fix this issue? Thanks,
