As Robert mentioned, each of the major Canadian banks has their own EFT file format, and using Scheduler is a big help in formatting.
Positive Pay... just read the bank's specification document and go through the Sage configuration wizard. I've done that for TD, not RBC... but expect it should be possible without any external processing. VC and a custom report are always an option too for PP.

In reading their fine print with my glasses on, it appears that they are asking about positive pay instead. They dumped an 87 page RBC document last updated in 2015 on me as well. Does anyone have the Cliff Note version of this? Something like, here is the output spec all on one page???
