Sage 100c 2016 Advanced 5.30.1 Upgrade from v4.05 Standard reports are blank when previewed. Only report titles show. There is no data. From Crystal ran Database Verify, pops up with Server window then hit back button and shows link as connection string driver={MAS 90 4.0 ODBC Driver};company=IP1;directory=E:\Sage\Sage 100 2016\MAS90;prefix=E:\Sage\Sage 100 2016\MAS90\SY\, E:\Sage\Sage 100 2016\MAS90\==\;viewdll=E:\Sage\Sage 100 2016\MAS90\HOME;cachesize=4;dirtyreads=1;burstmode=1;striptrailingspaces=1_1 Changed the connection to SOTAMAS90, save report. Still prints nada. When I create a new Crystal report using SOTAMAS90 driver there is no data. Verified SOTATMAS90 connection in ODBC and it works no errors. Tested on ABX demo data too, still no data reported. I ran the MASCRCW prior to this, rebuilt sorts after conversion. Re-ran workstation setup, no change, still no data. Help

Is the account running the service a domain user account?

No odbc security, account is running under my user, admin level.

probably ODBC permissions - start in system configuration ODBC security - try checking and un-checking saving in between. When checked, make sure role maintenance ODBC tab modules are selected.... Jeff

Try turning on ODCB security, selecting admin role, check all modules on odbc tab, to isolate. if it works, they you know where to look

Okay I'll try toggling the ODBC on and off, but it wasn't set up before...

in addition to toggling, actually try the reporting with it checked, and your role having full odbc security - I have seen this funny problem before.
