  • 1.  Sage 100 - Without IIG Credit Card Processing

    I am doing an upgrade to Sage 2022 from Sage 2019 in which the client has IIG Credit Card processing.  They are wanting to remove the IIG and go with another credit card processor in the Sage 2022.  Unfortunately, I have tried to remove the module in a copy of the old version prior to migration but there are still pieces in which they will not allow the conversion of the company in the new version without reinstalling IIG.  I am trying to not bring in IIG as the customer doesn't want an issue until they are ready to go to the new version.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    @Venessa Griffin - you may have to bite the bullet.  IIG's CC mod is VERY invasive.  ​

    Isn't that prompt related to the "l" records (lower case L) in sy0ctl.soa?  Try removing those (related to IIG) in your test copy...

    Have you removed all of the records related to the IIG mod from SY_Enhancement and SY_ClassEnhancement? Since it is a copy/test install you could do that using Data File Display and Maintenance.
