Install the ScanForce programs, then install them again immediately after the data migration and before the data conversion. Also, schedule ScanForce tech support to remote in to the customer site as early as possible on the go-live morning to do whatever it is they do to get the handhelds working on the new version. You need to schedule ScanForce a minimum of two weeks in advance of the go-live day.
