@Cooper Black My customer gets a report every two weeks in the same format as that attached to this email. The names in some of the fields were changed to protect the innocent. This report agrees to the bank statement (supposedly). I should get approval this week to create a VI job to create a VI job to import the data into cash receipts entry.
What Amazon report(s) are you using to import fulfilled by Amazon orders into Sage 100?

Eric, my customer uses VI to import the Amazon fulfilled orders in a lump sum as well as a different VI job for orders fulfilled by them. I am interested in the cash receipts part. Is the app you mention a sellable app or just for a customer?
Thanks
Cooper

Another vote for InSynch. Customer used it for the orders and we developed an app to create the cash receipts for settlements.

I've not dealt with Amazon FBA, but depending on all of the different types of notifications/payloads you have access to, I'd approach it from a Pipedream, Make.com, or some other mechanism to capture the transactions (catch) or poll Amazon FBA for new transactions (GET).
If it's only an email (not a JSON payload or other kind of programmatic), then you'll have the "fun" of parsing the email. There are different concerns with something like that, but all doable.
From there, the program selected could engage an API transaction to do the rest.
Further… depending on the timeliness of the transaction (sounds like there would be time to build in safeguards), you could implement a redundant "checks and balances" where a person isn't keying or importing transactions, but analyzing sales reports from Amazon FBA vs. what's in Sage 100 and hitting the Amazon warehouse.
Lots of options. I'm sure all of which are possible with something like Amazon FBA, but … plenty of room for creativity. :)
