Sage 100

Sage 100 v4.4 SP10 with 2012 IRD Payroll efiling issue. Forms appear to be fine, but the Activate button doesn't launch anything and the efiling link when completing the form is not active. Internet is working on the PC, but I'm wondering if there is something blocking the connection so that Aatrix can't see the internet. This is on a single user workstation, so there are no network rights issues or anything to get in the way. Of course the client said nothing has changed and that it worked fine last month for W-2's and some other filing that they completed. Any ideas? I was looking for it to launch the new activation that looks for the registration codes and I loaded new unlock keys to be prepared for that already.

Have you tried it from another workstation? I realize that doesn't help in the long run, but I had a client where the original workstation wouldn't cooperate, but another worked just fine.

Unfortunately, there isn't one! This is literally a single user install on the only workstation. That's it... don't get too many of these anymore.

Are they getting a message that they are not registered? Do they have the old registration keys on MAS? If so put in the new reg keys into MAS and then try it. I think all of a sudden Aatrix or Sage is looking at the reg keys.

No message, no popup saying they aren't registered and can't even get the activate screen to launch. I have the new keys in and it accepted those, so that is all set.

Do the forms say DEMO on them?

Launched a browser and it's loaded with malware. Having them clean that up first. I suspect something is controlling the outbound traffic after seeing that stuff popup.

Malware... cleaned it up and it started working again. Something must have been controlling outbound traffic and when Aatrix couldn't see the internet it didn't even allow efiling as an option.

This one is biting me. have asked for new keys from Sage. New v2014 Advanced installed.
