  • 1.  SAGE 100 v2017 Payroll - PR7 Payroll Data Entry - File Layout question

    There are two fields in the PR7 - Payroll Data Entry line file. EndDate and BenefitDate. Where do I go to find out when those fields are populated and from what source. TIA for your assistance.

    I thought maybe the BenefitDate came into play for a Benefit-type Earnings Code, but that doesn't appear to be the case. 
    I don't see EndDate in the PR7 file layout, but initially I was thinking maybe that represents the period ending date on the Pay Cycle screen.

    @Brett Zimmerman Thank you for your input. Sorry, I was looking at the PR7_PayrollDataEntryLine work file instead of the PR7xxx.soa data file. I have opened a case with SAGE software requesting clarification as to what those two fields contain and when they are populated with a date.   ​
