Sage 100 v2016.5 - Is there any way to use additional fields such as the PO number from a customer invoice on an emailed Paperless document? I don't see any way to do this as there are limited fields that can be pulled into the email body. We have some customers who want the PO number to show in the email notification. Thoughts?

I have asked this one before. It can be enhanced by developers.

It's an add-on to our free HTML Email package for Paperless Office. The add-on is $250 per year, and covers maintenance to the product. The image below is the HTML Email package with an e-Business Manager email.

BTW there are three enhancements that are available for free to Resellers right now. I realized looking at this post, you couldn't really tell that there were multiple enhancements available. Paperless HTML which allows HTML in the body of the paperless emails. This allows images, signatures, etc to be put in the email. Paperless Merge Fields which adds the fields available to merge into paperless including Salesperson name and email as well as header info like terms code, due date, etc. and then the last is Paperless Attachments which would allow you to attach an additional document to Invoices for things like terms and conditions, Contact File, Returns Form, etc.

Does the Paperless Merge Fields include UDF's?
