Sage 100 v2016 - RMA. Just had a client ask a basic question - Why doesn't the RMA entry panel have a field to display the total return value of the RMA? There is no tab 4 totals tab. The standard RMA form doesn't even have a totals field. Is my client the first in the 10 + years that module has been available to ask about it. What do others do? I am envisioning a UDF that sums the extended field and/or adding a field to their Crystal form. Thoughts??
