Sage 100

Sage 100 V2015 Advanced. Client connects to hosted server. When connecting using laptops, the maximum screen resolution is 1366 x 768 and Sage 100 is cut off on the page, and screen flickers and locks up. (Note: I have reset the screens and grids already) Any ideas appreciated, I can't think of how to fix this.

Have some q's: is the launcher having the problem or the sage100 screens or both. can you send a screen shot of the cut-off ? is the hosted server separate from the server where Sage100 is installed ? Are they connecting via remote desktop ? what is the OS of the Remote Desktop server ? Jeff

Create a custom RDP file for the server on the laptop, and set a manual screen size (not full screen), then use a text editor to open the file. You can set the desktop resolution manually. Eg: desktopwidth:i:1440 desktopheight:i:900 Then the remote session started with this shortcut should open with a higher resolution than the laptop would normally allow, but with scroll bars.
