The SAGE 100 2019 Upgrade Checklist says under Pre-Upgrade Checklist in the left margin "When converting data in version 2019, you must be logged in with a user account that has access to all payroll departments, otherwise, you will not be able to complete data conversion".
In Payroll v2017 Department Security is not "turned on". because in all 55 departments, under the security tab "All Users" have access to each department. Do I have to change that in v2017 before I begin the data conversion? What changes are required? Thanks in advance for some guidance.
