Sage 100 v 2016 PU1 Advanced - Error Lookup SY_User
User lookup worked great...until...installed Sage Intelligence Report Utility to download reports AND Opened Sage Intelligence Security Manager. Don't know which broke it but the attached has details and screen shots. I can still get to user for user maintenance by arrowing through or entering user code directly so while its urgent I have a work around. I have tried the Panel Reset...no dice. Thanks for any guidance...
