  • 1.  Sage 100 Upgrade - Payroll Not Installed Error

    We have a customer upgrading from Sage 2019 Advanced to Sage 2020 Standard (down to 3 users).  Sage provided new leys which include an active payroll subscription, but comes into the system as follows:

    When you try and run the migration wizard, you get the following error after putting in the path to the old location.

    Any ideas?

    Install it manually, escalate to get new keys with it added immediately, and hopefully you can update the keys before you get to the company conversion stage.
    (Happened to me on a recent upgrade where BoM was missed in the keys).

    Payroll no longer included with the other modules - totally separate install now, @Gary Feldman​
