That was what happen to me. I had the long and painful process of converting my last Sage/KS upgrade to 64 bit, redid all the CRW in KnowledgeSync to point to the 64 bit version. Only to find out, that KnowledgeSync was not 64 bit ready and I had to reset all of them back.
However, this really only apply to the reports. The normal queries and emails were able to read and react to the 64 bit of Sage. Crystal Reports that were in KS had to be using the 32 bit ODBC driver.
That was a few months ago, so hoping that they resolve that by now, but I have not tried recently.

@Michael Davis There are several custom Crystal reports that run on a schedule. They won't run in KS unless Sage 100 is installed as 32 bit?

Watch out for 64 Bit in Sage. I have not had any issues upgrading to the V10 version except for Crystal Reports.
If you have any reports that are attached to the KnowledgeSync Events, they needed to be the 32 bit version in Sage. They may have fixed it by now, but it took a while to get the right reports to run.
Also, I had to delete the reports from the events and then add back before they would run.
Thank you
Michael

Thank you @Amber Prayfrock . That is terrific information! I would greatly appreciate it if you can email me the ECI's user guides for 9x server moves and 10x installs. My email is doug@mcsresults.com.

I have been taking the opportunity to upgrade KS users as we complete Sage 100 upgrades too, in preparation for OAuth requirements that could kick in at any time. In general, you'll need to have SQL installed (Express works fine if needed), migrate the 9x KS_Inbox and KS_Object to SQL and then you can proceed with the v10.6 upgrade. I have ECI's user guides for 9x server moves and 10x installs if you need. There are multiple Windows components that need to be installed first and also a new KLF utility to use, and you will need to request a new v10 license for an upgrade. If the client is staying on Standard/Advanced and assuming you are careful with naming all of the System DSNs the same, then a v10 upgrade shouldn't be too bad. You will want to review and test the custom reports that migrate, as the Report Definitions now have a section where you have to select the connection for subreports, which you may have to update. If the client is also moving to Premium, then database/report connections will all have to be updated. I typically quote around 4-8+ hours for a v10 upgrade on STD/PREM and 8-12+ for a v10 and PREM, depending on the number of alerts and custom reports to review and test.
