I'm very confused by the definition of a supported version is and what a user on a supported version is entitled to.
Sage just published their Sage 100 Upgrade Release Schedule and it only shows 2024 and 2023 receiving product updates ( which also seem to include some new features ).
And, yes, I do note the footer "Sage reserves the right to determine if and when Product Updates and Hot Fixes will be issued." and believe that customers have a right to know exactly what a supported version is entitled to and it should be in writing and only updated with proper notice to the customer.
