  • 1.  Sage 100 System Forms - How to manage or better yet disable

    I have inherited several clients where system forms have been set up.  Can anyone outline the steps involved for:
    - Setting up MAS_System forms
    - Adding new form options and activating per company
    - How to disable them (sometimes it just isn't a good fit)

    I understand where to go to modify existing forms but am getting different results between Sales Order and Sales Order Invoice forms in the same install.

    Library Master - Setup - Report Manager
    This allows you to control some of the settings, but I find it really awkward for managing the Crystal Reports, which I usually go to directly.
    The biggest pain with System forms (which are great under many circumstances) is if someone clicks the Designer button from a printing screen. That creates a company specific report file, breaking the system form code until that new file is deleted.
