  • 1.  SAGE 100 Std v2022 & v2025 - BIReporter Export not working.

    I have a client that created several BIReporter reports. They all work except one Sales Order Report. I'm trying to use the Business Insights Reporter Export feature to export this report instructions from version 2022 and import into v2025.  In both the SAGE 100 Std v2022 and v2025, I can select the Sales Order Report from the list of valid reports. I CANNOT get the Export feature (it creates a .BIR file type) to launch (work)

    Sounds like that one report may be corrupted, and therefore you'll probably need to re-create it manually.

    @Brett Zimmerman  Thanks for the tip. And that is what I did... but I recreated the report using SAGE 100 v2025 and Crystal Reports version 2020.

    I found out I was mistaken about Business Insights; IT IS WORKING, I was just looking in the wrong folders. I was looking in \MAS90\BIExplorer, when I should have been looking in \MAS90\Reports\BIReporter\Export or \Import.  When you perform a BI Reporter Export nothing happens on the screen to indicate the files were created. You just have to look in the proper folder.  Two files are created with an export, ReportName.BIR and ReportName.RPT.
