    As part of the recent SAGE KB improvements, the link to the SAGE 100 v2018 Product Update #10 is no longer available (at lease where I can find it!)  Does anyone have an active link to the above Product Update. (need for TLS 1.2 security requirements)

    Download portal menu option, then search for article 106844... or search for 2018 and click through the results until you find it.

    Thank You @Kevin Moyes and @Brett Zimmerman ... You guys are "life savers".  I downloaded Brett's update #10 and successfully performed a test install in my computer lab. 

    I believe that the rookie SAGE tech support person I'm working with, might get me the downloads I need by Friday at 5:00 pm. Question is will be.. PST or EST.  He keeps referring to getting messages from his mentors?   I love 90 Minds!!!

    I do too, @Michael McDonald ! I've lately had the same experience with Sage support. I know that they have to train newbies from time to time, but the growing pains are painful for us.

    Kevin and Brett are always on top of things like this. As well as some other folks.

    I haven't found that in the new KB. Yet the new KB does appear to have live links to some downloads ( an updated product update summary page - for example)

    What a mess. How do you explain this to people aside from look here first then if you can't find it look here.
