    SAGE 100 STD v2017 PU#1 - Client reports that in Paperless Office they cannot view Employee Self Service - Direct Deposit Stubs on a Windows 10 workstation. I assume that its trying to open the Direct Deposit Stub (PDF) using Microsoft Edge? If they go to a different workstation running Windows 7 Pro, there are no issues. Both SAGE user login ID's are using the same Role with access to Paperless Office. I could not find any SAGE Knowledgebase info on Microsoft Edge and SAGE 100. Anyone else have this issue?

    Can they open any other PDF files on that Win 10 machine?

    Windows 10 changes the default PDF and HTML readers to Edge. Edge is more secure, meaning, more likely to block. There are several articles on changing the default PDF reader, here's one of them: https://www.howtogeek.com/237512/how-to-change-the-default-pdf-reader-in-windows-10/
